상상공작소(이하 ‘본 서비스’)는 고객 및 사용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각하며, 관련 법령 및 Facebook(Meta) 플랫폼 정책을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 본 서비스가 Facebook Graph API를 통해 수집하는 데이터의 종류, 사용 목적 및 삭제 절차를 투명하게 안내하기 위해 작성되었습니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보의 항목 (Items of Personal Information Collected)

본 서비스는 인스타그램 API 연동을 통해 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만을 수집합니다.

  • 필수항목 : 인스타그램 사용자 ID(ASID), 사용자 이름(Username), 고객이 DM 또는 멘션을 통해 직접 전송한 사진(이미지 파일) 및 메시지 내용

  • 자동수집: 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 로그 (n8n 및 시스템 관리를 위한 용도)

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

수집된 정보는 오직 다음의 목적으로만 사용되며, 마케팅 용도로 재활용하지 않습니다.

  • 디지털 사진 파일 전달: 고객이 요청한 사진을 상상공작소가 확인하고, 디지털 사진 결과물을 다시 인스타그램 DM으로 안전하게 회신하기 위함.

  • 고객 대응: 사진 전송 오류 등 기술적 문제 발생 시 원활한 상담 지원.

3. 데이터 보관 및 파기 (Data Retention and Erasure)

상상공작소는 ‘데이터 최소 보관’ 원칙을 준수하며, 서비스 제공 목적이 달성된 후에는 아래 기준에 따라 지체 없이 파기합니다.

  • 보관 목적 및 기간: 고객의 사진 분실 등에 따른 재전송 요청 대응(Customer Re-send Support)을 위해, 수집된 사진 파일 및 관련 메타데이터는 수집일로부터 최대 30일간 보관합니다.

  • 즉시 파기: 위 기간 이내라도 고객이 데이터 삭제를 직접 요청할 경우, 상상공작소 서버(Alfred)에서 즉시 영구 삭제합니다.

  • 파기 방법: 전자적 파일 형태는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제하며, 백업 데이터 또한 주기적으로 정리됩니다.

 

4. 제3자 제공 및 위탁 (Third-Party Sharing)

본 서비스는 사용자의 동의 없이 개인정보 및 사진 데이터를 외부에 제공하거나 위탁하지 않습니다.

모든 작업은 상상공작소에 의해 직접 관리됩니다.

 

5. 데이터 보안 조치 (Technical Security Measures)

  • 접근 제한: 고객 데이터를 관리하는 ‘매칭 보드’는 관리자 ID 및 비밀번호를 통한 이중 인증을 거쳐야만 접근이 가능합니다.

  • 전송 암호화: 모든 데이터 전송은 SSL(HTTPS) 보안 프로토콜을 통해 암호화되어 보호됩니다.

 

6. Meta 크롤러 접근성 (Meta Crawler Access)

본 방침은 Meta의 앱 검수팀 및 크롤러의 접근을 보장하기 위해 지오블로킹(Geo-blocking) 없이 전 세계 어디서나 상시 접근이 가능한 상태로 공개됩니다.

Sangsang Factory (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) values the personal information of our customers and users and complies with relevant laws and Facebook (Meta) Platform Policies. This policy is designed to transparently inform you of the types of data collected through the Facebook Graph API, the purposes of use, and the deletion procedures.

1. Items of Personal Information Collected
The Service collects only the minimum information necessary for providing its services through Instagram API integration.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use
Collected information is used exclusively for the following purposes and is never repurposed for marketing.

  • Digital Photo Delivery: To allow Sangsang Factory to verify requested photos and safely return the final digital photo results via Instagram DM. [cite: 2026-02-16]

  • Customer Support: To provide smooth consultation in the event of technical issues such as photo transmission errors.

3. Data Retention and Erasure
Sangsang Factory adheres to the principle of “minimum data retention” and destroys information without delay once the purpose of the service is achieved.

  • Purpose and Period of Retention: To respond to re-send requests due to customer loss of photos (Customer Re-send Support), collected photo files and related metadata are stored for a maximum of 30 days from the date of collection. [cite: 2026-02-28]

  • Immediate Erasure: Even within the above period, if a customer directly requests the deletion of their data, it will be permanently deleted from the Sangsang Factory server (Alfred) immediately. [cite: 2025-11-29]

  • Method of Destruction: Information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent reproduction of the records.

4. Third-Party Sharing
The Service does not provide or entrust personal information and photo data to third parties without the user’s consent. All operations are directly managed by Sangsang Factory. [cite: 2026-02-03]
